Dokumen provides an AI-powered documentation testing platform that allows you to validate your documentation using automated agents. Our service includes test execution, coverage tracking, and reporting capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dokumen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dokumen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
